With the health and safety of our team being the top priority, we are open and ramping back up our production in support of new and existing orders.
Here is what you can expect.
While we are open, we are lightly staffed in the office to keep a safe working environment and some of our team continues to work remotely. Please email us rather than calling and allow 1 to 2 business days for a response. Feel free to use our online resources for additional information and pricing tools!
Placing new orders
You can absolutely place an order! Orders can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org or faxed (513.831.0103). Anticipate receiving any new or revised proof in 1 to 2 business days.
Printing turnaround time
Orders have been continuing to move through our production. We are printing and shipping orders everyday! Our turnaround time is approximately 8-15 business days depending on the complexity of the order.
Any order with a foil edge or a foil beveled edge will be printed but then placed on hold until the company who adds this embellishment is back open (tentatively May 15th).
Reprints or additional cards needed due to Covid-19
We are offering a 30% discount on any reprint or insert card needed due to a change in event for orders submitted and approved by December 31, 2021. The discount applies as follows:
- Invitation and Reply Cards with new date changes only (design unchanged)
- Insert Cards announcing new date or additional information because of Covid-19
- New Save the Dates or New Date Announcements with standard blank envelopes
- Foil edging is an outsourced embellishment and is not included in the discount
March 1st price increase
For orders placed prior to March 1st, the needed approval date has been extended to June 1, 2020, to keep its 2019 pricing.
