The Order Process



Our goal is to create long-term industry partnerships with custom stationery designers such as yourself. We have spent considerable time to create repeatable production flows that allow us to run efficiently and keep our prices affordable.

We recognize that the first time you place an order with us there will be many questions. We are happy to invest in you as a client. Give us a call and we can walk you through the process.

Step 1


View our list of in-house papers, inks and confirm the size, flap style and color of the envelope if we will be printing evelopes as well. Email us details of your project including paper, inks, sizes, quantities, and when you need finished product to orders@stationeryworks.com. If you have design files or proofs, please email them as well.

 

Look for an email back from us with a quote typically within 1-2 business days.

Step 2


View our file submission guideline and download the order form and illustrator templates from our website. Email your files to orders@stationeryworks.com.

Step 3


We bill 50% of the invoice total upon starting your job. The remaining 50% is due upon shipment. Most jobs ship within 7-8 busines days of the deposit being placed.
